CUSTOM DIE CUT HOLOGRAPHIC STICKERS

For die-cut shapes, please make sure your designs have transparent backgrounds. If you're having trouble creating certain shapes for your stickers, just let us know in the customer notes when uploading your file, and we’ll do our best to help!

Preparing Your Files

To make sure your stickers come out perfectly, please follow these simple instructions:

White Outlines

We add a 2-4mm white outline around your sticker for cutting. You can add this outline yourself in your design program (just keep in mind the final size and proportions of your sticker).

Quality

For the best quality stickers, please upload your artwork at a minimum of 1500 pixels, 300dpi or higher. The better the quality, the better your print and cut will turn out!

Colour Profile

We use a 6-tank inkjet CMYK dye-based printer from Epson to create vibrant, long-lasting colours. To get the most accurate colour match, we recommend using a CMYK colour profile when designing your artwork. Please note, some RGB colours may not be possible to reproduce exactly in print.

Size

We offer three size options for your stickers, and we calculate the size based on the largest dimension (either height or width) of your design:

2 inches / approx. 5cm

3 inches / approx. 7.6cm

4 inches / approx. 10cm

If you need a specific size, please let us know in the customer notes. (For example, if you want a 9cm x 6cm sticker, select the 4-inch/10cm option and include the exact size in the notes.)

Laminate Options

We offer four holographic styles

• Stars - Clear film with mixed star patterns
• Warp - Clear film with striped pattern
• Oil Spill - Clear holographic film
• Confetti - Clear film with confetti dotted pattern

All stickers come with a holographic gloss finish, 80-micron/3.1 thickness.
They’re resistant to minor scratches, water-resistant, and have a smooth, reflective surface for a vibrant, eye-catching look.

Quantity

You can upload up to 4 designs per package and enjoy a percentage discount the more you order! The available options are:

12, 24, 48, 96, 200, or 500 stickers.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Avoid exposure to high humidity to prevent warping, fading, or material degradation. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Warnings:

Our products are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Handle with care to avoid injury from sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep them away from open flames and extreme heat.

Vinyl stickers and sticker sheets are printed with aqueous inks and are not designed for outdoor use. Prolonged exposure outdoors may cause fading or damage due to UV exposure. Extreme temperatures may cause adhesive failure or smudging. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not dishwasher-safe. To clean, gently hand-wash with lukewarm water and minimal abrasion.

All our products are for decorative or functional use only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.

Disposal Instructions:

Dispose of all products responsibly in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Vinyl stickers not biodegradable and should be recycled where facilities exist. Do not incinerate vinyl or plastic materials, as they may release toxic fumes.

United States 🇺🇸

Orders shipped to the USA benefit from a high customs threshold, meaning that orders under $800 USD typically pass through without incurring duties or taxes.

Orders exceeding this threshold may be subject to duties based on U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations. Additionally, certain states may impose sales tax according to local laws. Sales tax is paid directly to the delivery partner (USPS). Please refer to your local government website for more information.

CPTPP Countries 🇨🇦

As part of the UK’s participation in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), our products being stickers, are eligible for 0% tariffs in participating countries, such as Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Peru, Chile, Brunei, Malaysia, Mexico, and Vietnam. However:

Local VAT (often 20%), GST, or other consumption taxes may still apply.

Customs processing or handling fees may be charged by the local authority.

GCC Countries 🇦🇪

For countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE:

Orders are subject to import duties and taxes, including a standard 5% customs duty on most goods.

Value Added Tax (VAT) may also apply, typically at a rate of 5%, depending on the country.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order at checkout.

International Destinations 🌐

For countries outside the EU, USA, GCC, or CPTPP regions:

Import duties, VAT, and handling charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local government website for further details before ordering.

Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us. Any additional shipping costs for reshipping will be covered by the customer, and we do not offer refunds on postage in this case.
